General
- All rates are room only and exclude a 10% service charge. We do not charge GST.
- Extras are settled by the guest at check-out, unless the agent has specified otherwise by email or WhatsApp.
- No outside food or drinks are allowed.
- Wi-Fi and parking are free.
- The farm is non-smoking, and cooking in rooms is not allowed.
- Damaged or missing items will be charged.
Reservations
- Book online, or in writing by email to thehappinessfarm2023@gmail.com. Verbal reservations are not valid.
- We confirm every booking personally.
- A 50% advance confirms your reservation. The balance is due 15 days before arrival.
- Bookings made within 15 days of arrival need full payment.
Cancellations
- Within 20 days of arrival: 50% of the invoice amount.
- Within 10 days of arrival: 100% of the invoice amount.
- Send cancellations in writing by email or WhatsApp (+975 77606162). Verbal cancellations are not valid.
Billing and payment
- All bills are in Ngultrum (Nu).
- Pay by bank transfer or mBOB, then send the payment details by email or WhatsApp so we can issue your receipt.
No-show
- A no-show is charged 100% of the invoice amount.
- A booking counts as a no-show if the guest does not arrive on the reserved date and has not told us in writing of an emergency delay.
Occupancy and children
- Maximum two guests per room, or three in the Family Suite.
- Extra mattress: Nu 1,265 per night, on request.
- Children under 1 stay and eat free.
- Children aged 1 to 7 pay 50% of meal prices.
- Children aged 8 and over pay full meal prices.
Group bookings
- One room free for every 10 rooms booked.
- For large groups we can also pitch tents on the farm.
